Description
Echoes of the Great War - The Revolver.
100 years after, the lands that endured the Western Front during the Great War are still full of the remains of the things the soldiers used on their terrible routine.
One cannot help but wonder about the fate of the officer who wielded that rifle. Did he return to his loved ones, is he resting in one of the hundreds of war cemeteries under a named cross, or is he just a name engraved in a Memorial so we can remember he what he endured, and how he fought, died and vanished forever...?
This St. Etienne Mle 1892 revolver is in good shape, as is its holster. One can only hope.
