Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Four Panzers.
The Panzerkampfwagen IV (PzKpfw IV), known as the Panzer IV, was a medium tank from the late 30s used extensively during the World War II. The Panzer IV was the most widely manufactured German tank of the War. Its chassis was the base for many other vehicles, like the Sturmgeschütz IV assault gun or the Jagdpanzer IV tank destroyer.
The Panzer IV fought in all combat theaters involving Germany and was the only German tank to remain in continuous production throughout the war. It suffered several upgrades and modifications.
The Panzer IV was partially replaced by the Panther, introduced to counter the Soviet T-34.
The Panther was a German medium tank deployed during World War II in Europe from 1943 to the end in 1945. Designated as Sd.Kfz. 171. It was known as Panzerkampfwagen V Panther until 1944, when Hitler ordered the Roman numeral deleted.
