The falcon god Horus giving eternal life to the Pharaoh Ramses II. The touching of the mouth with the sign of Ankh, the cross with a loop on top.
Horus touches the Pharaoh's mouth with the sign of Ankh and through it Ramses II receives the gift of eternal life. Circa 1275 BC. New Kingdom, Dynasty XIX. From the temple built by Ramses in Abydos.
