Description
Smilodon fatalis skull. La Brea tar pits, L.A.
Smilodon Fatalis is an extinct saber-toothed cat that roamed North America up to 10,000 years ago. Beautiful animal with impressive fangs that raise many questions. How did they hunt? It is somehow paradoxical that we might never know, although we coexisted and probably competed with them for the same preys during thousands of years. Magnificent animals.
