Description
Casa Lis entrance, Salamanca, Spain, 1905.
Casa Lis is a modernist palace in Salamanca built on the old canvas of the city wall, where the Museum of Art Nouveau and Art Deco works.
The north façade is the only example of modernism in the city of Salamanca. The set, made up of a two-section façade, patio and gate, is very simple. The first floor and the gates are decorated according to Belgian Art Nouveau influences while the wooden door, in a low arch, has floral and aquatic motifs and highlighted in relief.
